Nova Gymnastics is very proud of our USAG/TOPS & AAU girl’s and boy's gymnastics teams. Nova is filled with talented gymnasts, committed & hard working! Our dynamite Coaches are very passionate about helping each child fulfill their dreams & reach their goals by teaching with a positive and upbeat style!
We encourage hard work, discipline, leadership, confidence, positive self-esteem & determination.
Competitive Athletes' goals and objectives vary when participating in the sport of gymnastics. Different goals for COMPETITIVE gymnasts include competing in our award winning Junior Olympic program (Level 3 thru Elite) and, or earning a College Scholarship.

USA Gymnastics, the governing body of the sport in the United States, conducts an annual talent opportunity program to identify young gymnasts who have the ability to excel in the sport.
Through a series of tests, USA Gymnastics identifies the top kids in each age category to go on to the National testing in Houston, Texas. The National testing is held at Bela Karolyi's The Olympic Training Center! From there they form the highest scoring kids and place them on the TOPS National A & B Team.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Children are motivated to participate in athletics by the desire to have fun and the achievement of self-worth. It is the coaching philosophy of this gym to never forget that premise. Hard work and good work habits will lead to individual success, making work fun and increasing feelings of worthiness. The self-worth of the athlete must always be associated with their character and integrity rather than their gymnastic achievements. Not all athletes have the same ability but they all can learn good work habits and to take pride in their individual progress.
Here at Nova Gymnastics we have a very unique team program. We offer competitive teams in both boys & girls gymnastics.
